Masters of Elements is a new expansion of the critically acclaimed Vikings Gone Wild, a game mixing with great harmony Resource Management and Deck Building.

In this expansion, players are getting back to building their villages and fighting to impress the gods. But this time, Masters of Elements have joined their ranks!

In Masters of Elements, each player gets to pick a Master of Elements. This Master will produce an Element Token every round that will be allocated to a Building.

Each player gets to draft 3 permanent Artefacts at the beginning of the game. They sit on an extra player board provided with this expansion.

Each of these Artefacts will provide powerful and asymmetric abilities to all players around the table.

In this expansion, we wanted to move the type of decision you make from "attack vs defense" strategy to a more elaborate combo-oriented thinking.

Most Units now carry an extra function that can be activated using the Elements on your buildings!

At the beginning of the game, everyone is given a God randomly. If we manage to unlock more than the 4 base Gods, each player is actually given 2 Gods to choose from. The special effect of this God is immediately available as soon as you reach level 3!
