If you exercise your right of cancellation, you have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. However, a uniform order does not already exist if you have ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to each other if a product is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Lucky Duck Games, Inc (email: email@example.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, email) about your decision to cancel this contract. We will send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) that we have received such a cancellation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, and as long as you return the product, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to Lucky Duck Games, Inc at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you sent your revocation to us. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
When executing a cancellation, no specific wording has to be observed, however to treat your request as efficiently as possible, we ask you to include the order ID, communicated by you in the receipt you received by email at the time of the order. The following sample is just an example of how you can declare a cancellation:
"I hereby, Mr / Ms (your name), cancel the order from (invoice date). The invoice number is: (the invoice number shown on the invoice)."
